Knights of Ventrue

We are a NYC (Gotham) based Vampyre House, with not only Vampyres. We have many different Otherkin in our House. We strive to re-shape the community, in bringing the traditions of old forward and updating them to meet the standards of the new age.

About our House

Lord Thanatos Muad'Dib Ventrue

Founding Elder of House Knights of Ventrue. He started in the Vampyre community in 1997, worked his way through the community, gaining rank and earning his Eldership after falling from grace within the community. A true Original of the First Generation of Clan Sabretooth, Ventrue is a royal bloodline within the N.Y.V.C.

Why Choose Us?

We are a teaching house. We are NOT a party house. While we do love to throw a party & have attended many events within the community as well as partake in &, help support many of the community events, we are allowed to do this because we pride ourselves in teaching our chylders correctly in the traditions of the community & our chylders are knowledgeable of the community at hand. We understand that this is a lifestyle, & we are not truly Vampyres or what other otherkin we choose to portray. We offer the chance to be a part of a family aside from your blood family, to be a part of something that allows your inner creature to come out and play.

Sir Vanguard Ventre - First Son of Lord Thanatos Ventrue

Sir Vanguard Prime Ventrue

Calmae/Advisor

Vanguard was a long time friend of Thanatos, and never joined any House until Thanatos offered. At the time Thanatos was a Calmae in Muad'Dib. Vanguard become a member of Thanatos' Clutch in Muad'Dib, and followed Thanatos when he received his Eldership and broke off to create Knights of Ventrue (KOV). Vanguard was one of the people that helped create and Design the KOV Ankh. Vanguard's Clutch is called Prime. Vanguard is also an artist, please check out his Instagram for his artwork.

Lord Prince Chaos Ventrue

Elder

While Lord Prince Chaos is the newest Ranking Elder of KOV (Community Recognized). He is also a Council Member to Society Nocturnus of Gotham Court. In a chance meeting, he instantly become friends with Thanatos and joined KOV in its early stages. He took some time away to sort out his personal life but was told he always welcome home. When he came home to KOV he came back ready to commit to the house. He has raised himself from Fledgling to Calmae, to now Elder and continues to strive in the House and the community.

Madam Eevee Ventrue

Honored Initiate

Eevee found Ventrue through meeting one of its members online and was invited to a house meeting, she already had some friends in the community already but theirs houses didn't attract her, Ventrue became her home, her family. In House Knights of Ventrue Eevee has excelled in her studies and is currently the teacher of the house classrooms. She is always a student of life, and always willing to learn new things about the community in order to teach the future of this community. Her Sire is the founding Elder of the house, Lord Thanatos Muad'Dib Ventrue.

Elder

Lady Candi-Lee Ventrue Ohana

Candi-Lee started as a black Swan in this community. She was one of the original Bartenders of the party "Realm of Darkness" thrown by Hidden Shadowz. She took some time away from the community to raise a family and work. Later in life (2013) she meets Thanatos Ventrue and realized she could help him bring his vision of a house into the present age, she took Thanatos as her sire. Candi-Lee was pushed harder than any other of Thanatos' chylders and worked her way from Fledgling to Calmae to now Elder. She is a community recognized Elder in Gotham (NYC). Candi-Lee's Bloodline is called Ohana. Candi will always be a member of the Ventrue Bloodline but has currently broken off from K.O.V. to pursue her own path in the community with her bloodline/house Ohana.
